1. Scope of Services
Aviyah’s Creative Events provides a full range of professional event planning and management services, including but not limited to: catering, décor, printing, wedding planning, venue design, clean-up, coordination, and related event support services. All services are customized based on the client’s specific requirements, preferences, and agreed-upon proposals.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely communication, and necessary approvals to ensure successful event execution. Any delays in providing information or decision-making may affect timelines and final outcomes.
3. Service Agreements
All bookings require a written service agreement or proposal acceptance outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and payment schedule. No services will commence until the agreement is signed and the initial deposit is received.
4. Payments
A non-refundable deposit (typically 30–50% of the total cost) is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule outlined in the client agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or result in suspension of services.
5. Event Changes & Adjustments
Changes to event details, guest counts, or design specifications must be communicated in writing. Adjustments requested after production or vendor confirmation may result in additional costs.
6. Third-Party Vendors
Aviyah’s Creative Events works with trusted vendors and partners to deliver quality service. While we make every effort to ensure reliability, we cannot be held liable for delays, product shortages, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control caused by third-party vendors.
7. Liability
Aviyah’s Creative Events will not be responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during events. Clients are advised to secure event insurance where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All creative designs, concepts, printed materials, and digital content produced by Aviyah’s Creative Events remain the property of the company unless otherwise stated in writing.
9. Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, Aviyah’s Creative Events reserves the right to reschedule or modify services without liability.
