Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and initiate planning or production. Deposits may be transferable to another date within six (6) months of the original event date, subject to availability.

2. Client Cancellations

Cancellations made:

  • More than 60 days before the event — eligible for partial refund (minus deposit and incurred costs).
  • 30–60 days before the event — 50% of total payment will be retained.
  • Less than 30 days before the event — no refunds will be issued.

3. Company Cancellations

In the rare event that Aviyah’s Creative Events must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive a full refund of all payments made, including deposits, or the option to reschedule without penalty.

4. Postponements

If a client needs to reschedule due to emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, Aviyah’s Creative Events will make every effort to accommodate a new date. Any price differences resulting from seasonal or vendor rate changes will apply.

5. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of approval.
